Booking & Payments

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Non-refundable services such as permits, flights, or special bookings are not eligible for refund.

Prepone / Postpone Policy

• Clients must inform Adventurepedia at least 20 days prior to travel via email or SMS.
• One prepone/postpone request is allowed free of charge, subject to availability.
• Second or subsequent requests will attract additional charges.
• Service providers may levy their own rescheduling charges, which will be deducted from the amount paid.
• No changes are permitted within 15 days of travel, except in exceptional cases like natural calamities or strikes.

Hotel Policy

• Check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs
• Valid government ID is mandatory at check-in
• Room allocation is subject to hotel discretion
• Additional services (room service, minibar, etc.) are payable directly to the hotel
• Adventurepedia is not responsible for food quality, taste, or variety
• Mandatory gala dinner or festive charges (Christmas/New Year) must be paid directly at the hotel

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory. Adventurepedia is not liable for uninsured losses.

Liability Disclaimer

Adventurepedia is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or disruptions caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters or Act of God
• Political unrest, strikes, or road conditions
• Airline delays or cancellations
• Government regulations or force majeure events

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons.

Transportation & Sightseeing

• Vehicle routes and sightseeing schedules follow the agreed itinerary
• AC may be switched off in hilly areas
• No refunds for missed sightseeing due to traffic, weather, or delays
• No amendments allowed during an ongoing tour

Important Notes

• Airfare or hotel price hikes will be charged extra
• Adjacent/adjoining rooms are subject to availability
• Early check-in or late check-out charges are payable directly by the guest
• Pick-ups or drops between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM may attract additional charges

Acceptance of Terms

Booking with Adventurepedia confirms your acceptance of all terms, policies, and conditions listed above.

Governing Law

All disputes are subject to Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Unnao Uttar Pradesh.
