Booking
How do I book a tour package with AdventurePedia?
You can book directly on our website at adventurepedia.in — browse tours, select your package, choose dates, and complete payment online via Razorpay. You can also WhatsApp us at +91-9044-489-940 for assistance.
Do you offer customised tour packages?
Yes. We specialise in tailor-made FIT (Fully Independent Travel) itineraries for individuals, couples, and families. WhatsApp us with your destination, travel dates, and group size and we will craft a custom itinerary for you.
What are fixed departure group tours?
Fixed departure group tours have pre-set travel dates with groups of 12–15, 15–20, or up to 25 people. They include transport from your departure city, accommodation, meals, and a certified guide — all at a fixed per-person price. Multiple room-sharing options are available at different price points to suit different budgets.
Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
Yes. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed instantly and you will receive a confirmation on your registered email and WhatsApp number.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and popular digital wallets. 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes. EMI options are available on select credit cards through Razorpay at checkout.
Do I need to pay the full amount at booking?
100% payment is required when booking through the website. However, if you need to block your seat first, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91-9044-489-940 and pay a minimum amount to hold your spot — full payment must be completed before the travel date.
Cancellation & Refund
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation charges are based on how far in advance you cancel: 60 days or more before departure — 10% of tour cost. 59 to 30 days before departure — 15% of tour cost. 29 to 15 days before departure — 30% of tour cost. 14 to 8 days before departure — 50% of tour cost. 7 days or less before departure, or no-show — No refund.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, WhatsApp us at +91-9044-489-940 or email support@adventurepedia.in with your booking ID. Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your request.
How long does a refund take?
Applicable refund amounts are processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds are credited directly to your bank account.
Are refunds credited to the original payment method?
Refunds are processed to your bank account. Please ensure your bank account details are updated in your profile or shared with our support team at the time of cancellation request.
Can I postpone my tour instead of cancelling?
Yes. Postponement requests must be made at least 20 days before departure. The first date change is free of charge. Subsequent changes may incur a rescheduling fee depending on availability. Please note that if hotels, cab operators, or airlines are unable to refund or reschedule, those specific charges may be passed on at actuals.
